Buena Vista Creative stepped in to create a seamless onboarding landing page, featuring an easy-to-use application form and a digital contract signing feature. The entire process is automated through Microsoft Power Automate, leaving more time for delicious Chick-fil-A catering.

Our team was tasked with designing and developing a comprehensive and functional landing page for Chick-fil-A’s catering program onboarding process. We worked closely with their team to ensure that the page adhered to their brand guidelines while being visually appealing and user-friendly.

The landing page included an easy-to-use application form, a digital contract signing feature, frequently asked questions, a billing inquiry form, and archives of monthly newsletters that Inktel sends to all franchisees. The entire process was automated through Microsoft Power Automate, leaving more time for busy franchise owners to focus on their catering business.


To streamline the onboarding process for Chick-fil-A franchisees, Buena Vista Creative implemented a custom-built automation system using Microsoft Power Automate. This system digitized the entire process, allowing franchise owners to easily submit their catering applications and contracts online, and receive immediate confirmation of their application. The system also generates automated reminders and notifications for billing inquiries, as well as archives all the monthly newsletters sent out to franchisees.

The result was a seamless and hassle-free experience for Chick-fil-A franchisees, reducing the time and resources required for the onboarding process. This not only improved franchisee satisfaction but also allowed Chick-fil-A to expand its catering business more efficiently.
