Inktel is a leading business process outsourcer specializing in creating personalized call center solutions for Fortune 500 companies and has call center offices around the world including Miami, Indianapolis, and Colombia.

THE CHALLENGE

The Inktel brand, before Buena Vista Creative was tasked to give it fresh energy, was a bit stale, corporate B2B brand filled with dark colors and stock photography. Buena Vista Creative took the initiative of redesigning the entire site to be a colorful, inviting, fun, yet professional experience to its viewers, while accomplishing its business purpose; to attract more business for Inktel as well as new hires to join the team.

THE PROCESS

Buena Vista Creative put on their creative strategy and thinking hats to bring this new brand to life. We setup a photoshoot to acquire new colorful and attractive photography for the site, we redesigned the navigation and layout of the site to include a dynamic user experience showing off Inktel’s vibrant culture through videos and social media, as well as the business such as the company’s UVP, technology approach, case studies and more.
